1. Payment
We accept T/T,Alibaba Alipay. (PS : If you'd like other ways to
pay, please feel free to contact us, thanks.)
Generally we takes 30% or 50% deposite before production. And
balance payment shall be done before shipping.
2. Packing
Generally, we will pack goods with waterproof polybag and neutral
carton box. if you want to have company
trademark and production information on carton box, we can pack
goods in your branded box after getting
your authorization letter and package box you provided.
3. Shipping
The delivery time is about 5-10 working days. And we'll notify you
tracking No. in Alibaba system after hand out.
And you will get the most update status of shipping by email sent
by logitic company.

1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are manufacturer with more than 30 years experience on

2. Can I do custom patches?
Of course. Welcome OEM or ODM orders. Moreover, we can provide you
free design service with our premium design team.
3. What is your payment terms?
FOB or EXW. 30% prepay for sampling and production. 70% balance
payments before shipping.
4. If I can get free samples for quality check before placing an
order for mass production?
Yes. We can ship you samples for quality check pay with sample fee
and freight. And sample fee can be refund when you place a mass
production order. Generally, to save time, I’ll take a picture or
video of sample for your check before mass production without any
sample fee.
5. What is the lead time for sample and production?
Generally it takes 3-5 working days to do sample. After
confirmation on sample, we'll finish production within 3-10 working
days. it will prolongs few days in peak season.
6. What is your quality control process?
We do 100% QC after production and spot checking before delivery.
7. Does the price includes freight and custom?
No, it's FOB price. we'll check freight fare for you before
shipping.
8. How much is the freight fare?
Please kindly share me shipping address, thanks. So I can check
G.W. of parcel and turn back you the freight fare.
9. What's shipping way?
DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. If you have prefer courier, please let
me know.
10. What's package?
Neutral carton box with polybag or kraftpaper bag with label . (
PS: there's surcharge if choose kraftpaper bag with label for each
patch)
11. How long it takes for shipping?
We will ship the parcel via UPS,DHL,Fedex or others. And update you
tracking number once available. Delivery time depends on express
courier.
